What Happens When I Place an Order?

When you place your order on Rubber.co.uk, you will receive an order confirmation within one working day. This confirmation will include the estimated dispatch time and contact details of one of our sales representatives. Please review the details of your order to ensure everything is correct.

Credit Check

Before approving your order, we conduct a credit check. If your credit is not approved, we offer the option of prepayment.

How Do I Pay for My Order and How Much Does It Cost?

Our prices are displayed excluding VAT.

Shipping

You can view delivery and packaging costs in your shopping cart at Rubber.co.uk. Our shipping rates apply to delivery within Central Europe, with a minimum freight cost of £9. For any inquiries regarding delivery or shipping costs, please contact us.

Payment Methods

We offer the following payment options:

  • Invoice
  • Credit-card
  • Prepayment

Invoice

Payment is due within 30 days from the invoice date. The purchased goods remain the property of Rubber.co.uk until full payment is received.

Interest on Overdue Payments

An interest of 8% per annum is applied to overdue payments.

When Will I Receive My Order and How Is It Shipped?

Lead Times

Our products are made to order, with an average lead time of 2 working days.

Delivery

We deliver products as soon as possible, which may result in multiple deliveries for a single order. We use DPD as our standard transport partner, ensuring timely and safe delivery. Deliveries occur between 08:00 and 17:00 at street level.

If you have a separate freight agreement, and prefer to use your own shipping account, please provide the necessary details on your order confirmation.

Order Notification

If you would like to be contacted by the delivery company prior to the delivery, please let us know.

There are three methods for contacting the recipient:

  1. SMS – If a mobile number is provided, the buyer will receive a message with a proposed delivery date. The buyer can confirm by replying “OK” by 19:00 the same day.
  2. Landline – If no mobile number is available, we will attempt to contact the buyer via landline.
  3. Letter – If no contact can be made, a letter will be sent to the recipient.

For private deliveries, this contact option is mandatory.

Shipping Insurance

All products shipped using Rubber.co.uk’s freight agreement are insured. If you use your own freight agreement, our insurance is not valid.

What Am I Responsible For Upon Delivery?

Please inspect your order upon delivery to ensure there are no visible signs of damage or missing items. Be sure to sign the Delivery Note in the presence of the delivery company representative, noting any discrepancies. If items are missing, damaged, or incorrect, retain the item(s) and contact us within 7 days of receiving your delivery.

Who Can I Contact in Case of Issues?

Shipping Damage

If your delivery has been damaged during transit, contact us immediately. Always inspect your delivery for visible damage before accepting it.

Warranty Information

All of our products come with a 3-year warranty covering functionality and manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.

Return Policy

If you change your mind, you can return unused products within 7 days of purchase, accompanied by a receipt and in the original packaging. The buyer is responsible for arranging and covering the shipping costs for returns. Please note that this policy only applies to standard products. Custom-made orders are non-returnable. Contact us for further details.

Additional Information

Limitation of Liability

Rubber.co.uk is not responsible for any damages beyond the value of the delivered goods. This includes loss of revenue or other indirect costs. Our warranty does not apply to products that have been improperly stored, assembled, or used, as well as those damaged by accidents or misuse.

Exclusions

We disclaim liability for any errors or deficiencies on our website and in the content provided. The colors of products displayed on the website may differ slightly from reality. Prices and product designs are subject to change without notice. We are not liable for factors beyond our control.

Delays in Delivery

If your delivery is delayed, you have the right to cancel your order. We do not cover any loss of revenue resulting from delays.

We regularly offer special promotions. These offers cannot be combined with any other discounts or promotions.
