As a customer of Rubber.co.uk, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. This right of withdrawal does not apply to specially ordered goods.* You are entitled to open the packaging and examine the product to the extent necessary to assess whether you are satisfied with it. However, the item must remain in its original, unaltered condition for the return to be accepted. All accessories and the original packaging must be included with the return to Rubber.co.uk. *Examples of specially ordered goods include custom-printed or made-to-measure items.
If you wish to return your order or part of it, the return shipping will be at your own expense.
Return
When returning an item, you bear the risk if the product is damaged during transit back to us. Therefore, please ensure the product is well-packed in its original packaging. We recommend using additional protective packaging to safeguard the item during shipping. The product must be complete, meaning all accessories, manuals, and other included materials should be returned as well. A return and administration fee of 10% of the order value will be charged for returns, with a minimum fee of £10.
How do I return my item?
To return an item, please contact our customer service to obtain a return shipping label. You will receive further instructions along with the shipping label on how to proceed with the return. Rubber.co.uk does not accept cash-on-delivery (COD) packages.
Refund
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. This process typically takes place within 14 working days from the time we receive and approve your returned item.
