Dock Bumper Back Plate
It is used for our R023 Dock Bumper. It has 6 mounting holes on the back... 2 at the top with 25mm diameter for M24 screws to attach to a bracket above the dock (if required), 2 halfway up, and 2 at the bottom with 20mm diameter.
