Durable Dock Bumper

The R022 Dock Bumper has a large impact surface with no holes in the UHMWPE faceplate to catch the back of the truck. The 50 mm thick faceplate can slide freely up and down in the steel cradle of the backplate. The front "yellow" surface can be changed (SKU: R038) in case of wear or damage.

Mounting

The R022 Dock Bumper is fixed directly to the wall using 4 × R301 fixings together with 2 × R476 washers. The steel backplate is securely mounted to the wall, while the 50 mm UHMWPE front face is designed to slide vertically within the steel cradle. This floating design allows the bumper face to move with the vehicle during loading and unloading, reducing wear and preventing the truck body from catching on the bumper. The replaceable front wear face (SKU: R038) can be changed if it becomes worn or damaged.
